Returns Policy

U.S. Returns:

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery date.

All returns must be shipped back in unused condition with the original packaging. Prior authorization is required for all returns. All returns will be subject to a $12 handling fee.

Start Your Return:

1. Please email us at hometotes@gmail.com

2. In the Subject line, please put Return along with your Order Number.

3. Tell us what products you would like to return and the reason why.

4. You will be refunded within 15 business days of the order received back to the warehouse

Refund Policy:

Please allow 15 business days for the process of your refund, and 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.

Order Issues:

If there is an issue with the item you received, please send an email to hometotes@gmail.com including images of the issue within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Please return any defective items back to us within 30 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
