Shipping Methods:
We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.
U.S. Orders:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free over $50).
Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Process:
Once your piece leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be shared with you by email. All shipping times are estimates. We are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines after your item is in transit. Please double check your order and address details are correct before placing your order. We are not able to make changes or cancel orders after they are placed.
Lost or Missing Orders:
If you think your package is lost, email us at hometotes@gmail.com right away with your order number, and we’ll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Home Totes is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
